Whether you’re new to yoga or want to refine your vinyasa, join McKenzie for a 90-minute workshop February 22 to slow down and break down the key poses of sun salutations, provide modifications, and explore mindful transitions. This workshop is designed for all levels.
The fluid postures that make up a vinyasa flow can either lead you to transformation or wreak havoc on the body if done incorrectly. In this workshop, we will:
-Sync movement with breath
-Break down the alignment of postures that make up Sun Salutation A with an emphasis on Chaturanga
-Explore modifications for all levels
-Discover how to access these postures safely without straining the shoulders, wrists, neck, and lower back
