Ritrovo Italian Regional Foods – Started 20 years ago by locals Ilyse Rather and Ron Post, Ritrovo sources high-quality foods from Italy. A Bit of Taste carries their pasta, pasta sauces, truffle products, honey, spices & a few other things, like spicy packed tuna. Hannah Robertson, sales representative, will be sharing highlights about their products.
Jordan Delights – Jordan Delights is a Seattle-based business specializing in premium chocolate covered dates from the Coachella Valley by Palm Springs. They are inspired by the flavors of their homeland: Jordan. Owner and chocolatier, Shadin Khreis, will share about their products, which are only available in the Queen Anne area at A Bit of Taste.
Salt Blade – Handcrafted meats supporting sustainable farming practices. Salt Blade was founded in 2013 by former software engineer Bob Blade, who will be on hand to share about his products and what makes them unique. A Bit of Taste was one of the first and only places in Queen Anne to carry their shelf-stable salami, perfect for picnics and charcuterie boards.
