We’re back for 2023! Celebrate with us on the longest day of the year with the Fremont Arts Council’s most spectacular event. Where everyone can be an artist.
The 33nd Fremont Solstice Parade, produced by the Fremont Arts Council, blasts off on Saturday June 17! Come be dazzled as community-based, people-powered ensembles parade down the streets of Fremont with giant puppets, stilt walkers, floats, dancers, cyclists, and musicians in this kaleidoscope of joyous human expression.
This year’s route is shown below.
EVERYONE CAN BE AN ARTIST. Full participation is completely open to the public.
PEOPLE POWERED. No motorized vehicles are allowed, except electric wheelchairs.
No animals, except service animals.
NO PRINTED WORDS OR LOGOS. It’s all about the art. Participants relish the challenge of proclaiming their message through creative expression. Don’t wait until the parade to get involved.
