🥟 Pel Meni Dumpling Tzar Fremont, New Location!
Special announcement: It is with a great mix of emotions that after almost 10 years of calling this weird little alleyway joint our home for tasty dumplings, we announce that we closed our Fremont location…and moved next door to our newly renovated restaurant space! That’s right, we’ve moved!
NOTE: Despite our best efforts and after an exhausting 5 year rollercoaster of construction we are still amidst a few renovations and will open initially with take-out and delivery options only. Pardon the mess or any initial technical glitches in the meantime. Stay tuned for an expanded menu, take out booze, outdoor seating (just in time for fall) and eventually (pandemic-depending) full bar and indoor dining.
Puget Sound Energy launches contest to invest $45K in four small local businesses
Across Washington, small businesses have been disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. These businesses are the backbone of local communities, and their owners are fighting every day to keep their doors open. With many small businesses operating on razor thin margins, saving energy makes a big difference.
That’s why PSE is launching its Small Business Energy Makeover contest on September 28, which will invest a total of $180,000 in four small local businesses. Each makeover will include $30,000 in energy efficiency upgrades and an additional $15,000 for needed cosmetic improvements.
PSE is encouraging customers to nominate their favorite local businesses – small business owners can enter themselves as well. Contest entries open on Monday, September 28 and close on Sunday, October 18. Contest entrants must be small businesses operating within Puget Sound Energy’s service area.
To nominate your favorite local business or learn more about the contest, click here. All nominated businesses will be eligible for a PSE energy assessment and everyone who nominates a business will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win one of five Nest smart thermostats.
