Welcome Pelington Properties!
Transformation is occurring all around Lake Union. Some people love it; others hate it. Whatever your position, one thing is true: most of the affordable locations for blue collar businesses have been replaced with boutiques, high tech businesses and restaurants that serve them.
At Pelington Village (what we call our collection of businesses and small shops), we want to ensure that there’s still an in-city place for welders, iron workers, electricians, etc. Our tenants tend to be artisans, skilled crafts people who understand how things work, how to use their hands and heads to build things, fix things, and make things better.

B. F. Day School
I’m honored to be a member of The Fremont Chamber, a group of thoughtful people who truly care about Fremont. I grew up and raised my own family in Fremont. B.F. Day School has been a part of the Fremont community for 127 years. The majority of our families live in Fremont and many work and volunteer at the school.  Collaborating with people to keep Fremont fun and funky is B.F. Day’s pleasure. I love being involved in Fremont events and projects and working towards projects where our school can contribute to the community as well.
For more information about our wonderful growing school (425 students next year, including two PreK programs) please visit our website here.
My personal goal is to be a guiding light for environmental awareness in Fremont. I am super excited and proud of what Fremont has accomplished since we are on a major waterway – the Lake Washington Ship Canal. Learn more about the wonderful ongoing project here.
Before our baristas can craft your drink, highly skilled roasters must source and prepare beans from passionate farmers throughout the coffee belt. We feature fine coffees from renowned roasters Stumptown, Intelligentsia, and Coava.
