Lassi & Spice Cafe | Bow How Workshop
Lassi & Spice celebrates Indian culture through our menu of delicious handcrafted beverages, vegetarian small plates and tempting sweets. We’ve crafted our offerings to bring back memories of home, or sometimes to introduce you to a completely different taste experience. Either way, we hope you love it!
Lassi & Spice is my love letter to India, the culture that embraced me when I met and married my husband years ago. It’s inspired by years of working at a large Seattle coffee company, punctuated with frequent trips to India to visit family and explore the sights, sounds, and, yes, tastes of this amazing country.
BOW HOW workshop creates custom art installations that captures the soul of your brand and speaks to your community. Our goal is to foster unique, memorable experiences for your patrons, enhance visibility and express your unique mission. We are believers in the motivational power of art and have the down-to-earth practical streak required to successfully deliver projects. Our design and construction chops empower us to work with any medium and our rolodex of artists, builders, makers, dreamers and engineers means nothing is impossible.
