Spring Brings Growth

Happy April!
The first week of April brings the monthly Fremont First Friday Art Walk tonight starting at 6p till 9p at some awesomely funky shops. This First Friday Art Walk brings in a new location and new business to Fremont!  Welcome to The Uncommon Cottage, a weird and whimsy gift gallery and local arts boutique located at 711 N 35th St (near the Fremont Library and Agrodolce). I went to check them out last week and they are perfect for our Fremont vibe!  They have great small gifts and beautiful art decorating the walls. Go check them out!
I recently learned that our local vegetarian breakfast and lunch location, Silence-Heart Nest, celebrated 32 years serving healthy and flavorful food to Fremont. When I say flavorful food, I mean it!  I love to have their eggs benedict for breakfast because it tastes very rich and with the dill on top it adds that extra kick you need. For lunch their homemade soups are made to perfection, my favorite I had to date is their carrot and squash soup. YUMMY! Happy 32 years and here is to many more!  Cheers Silence-Heart Nest!
