Fall has arrived! The weather is getting cooler and rain boots are coming out of the closet. I know I am excited for fall, I have many new scarfs that I cannot wait to wear out and keep warm. I was walking by the shops in town and looking at all the cute clothes that are here for autumn. I saw this very nice and cozy looking sweater at Pipe & Row, a nice blouse with the perfect fall colors at Show Pony and cute gloves at Portage Bay Goods. Need new boots to keep those feet dry, check out Sole Perfection for their new selection of comfortable boots. If you need winter wear for the mountains, Evo is the place to stop by. Every time I shop there the staff is very knowledgeable and so helpful. They are currently having a 50% off pre-season sale and you know you need something fun to do and wear for the mountains.
Next week is the Fremont Oktoberfest! We are looking for more volunteers throughout the weekend. If you like FREE beer then apply for a 4-hour shift to get free admission, a cool t-shirt and you will get the opportunity to meet a lot of new people. There are many different shifts you can choose from and when you are pouring beer for four hours, you will get a nice arm workout. Pour beer, arm workout and drink beer, how can you say no! Volunteer here today.
Also, it is that time of year to look towards the upcoming holidays. Fremocentrist.com is hosting the annual Trick-or-Treat in Fremont. Sign up your business to give candy away to children on Halloween day between 3p-6p. This is a great opportunity to get people into you shop or office because all kids will have parents that are looking for you. Sign up by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
