Welcome to Structured Space Professional Organizing. We're a Seattle-based Professional Organizing and Productivity Consultant. We work with clients to organize their information and enhance effectiveness by organizing workspaces. Our clients are individuals and small businesses in the Seattle area and virtually throughout the U.S. and internationally. Being an Evernote Certified Consultant as well as being Google Cloud Certified in Google Workspace, our passion is organizing digital information. We work on the T.I.M.E. model of organizing (Tasks, Information, Methods, and Execution). First, We work extensively with you during our initial contact. This helps us learn and understand your project's goals. Second, we create tasks from the information gathered. Third, we develop methods for completing your project. Next, we'll detail the timeline as well as costs. In the last step, we'll partner with you to execute the plan and see your project through to completion.
