It’s official. Holiday season is upon us, and health-conscious people everywhere are bracing themselves for the next couple weeks of solid parties, feasts and festivities. While it can be overwhelming, you got this! We just need to have a plan, no matter what.
Let’s talk about it, and head into the rest of this month with a guilt-free and minimally restrictive approach to health, so you’re not conducting disaster relief, come January. We’ll discuss how to practice self-compassion, how to plan out your splurges, embracing (and enjoying) your decision to indulge, and celebrating all of those victories, no matter how small they might seem.
