Aug. 10: Southern Blues Bottleneck Slide Guitar with Eric Madis

“Bottleneck” refers to a slide worn on a single finger of the fretting hand, some of which were created from the neck of a glass bottle. Learn a tune in D (Vestapol) tuning from the tradition of Kokomo Arnold and Elmore James, along with slide techniques. Eric Madis is a working musician, recording artist and has taught guitar throughout the US and Canada since 1976.
