Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Cliffside’s latest Fremont View Apartment Building!

You’re invited! Fremont View Apartments – Grand Opening Celebration

We’re excited and we’d love for you to join us as we celebrate a new addition to the Fremont View district, a mid-century inspired apartment collective located on North Bowdoin Place.

Fremont View is a 3-building community that includes two restored 1964 vintage apartment buildings and one brand-new building! The new apartment building honors its Seattle World’s Fair era neighbors with an updated take on mid-century design. Fremont View is owned and managed by the local, family-owned company Cliffside LLC.

Our team also wishes to honor our Fremont community – today and in the future. We plan to bury a time capsule beneath the concrete floor of the lobby during the Grand Opening. In 2086, sixty-two years from now, the time capsule will be opened, and Fremont View’s future residents will delight in learning about the neighborhood back in 2024. To make this time capsule truly relevant and special, we are inviting you, the Fremont community, to contribute a letter for the capsule. Sound like fun? Read more and learn how to participate here. • Wednesday, October 16, 3:00 to 5:00 pm
• Hosted in a top floor apartment with Fremont, mountain and city views!
• Refreshments provided.
• Giant scissors ✂️, of course, for the ribbon cutting!
• Meet on the north side of the building at 519 N. Bowdoin Place
