Book Signing with Kirby Lindsay Laney & Ophelia’s Books

June 6 @ 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free

Fremocentrist writer Kirby Lindsay Laney has published her first novel, ‘A Friend of Michelle’, and at the Fremont Mischief Distillery she will be signing copies of her book, and talking about the inspirations and influences that led to the creation of this suspense-romance story.
Kirby has been reporting on the icons and history of Fremont for decades, as she shared the stories of the people and places that made it the Center of the Universe. In her book, she tells the story of Sebastian, a man deciding on whether the woman on the yellow towel is worth the trouble of growing up. Seb must suffer through lectures from ex-es, the struggles of a love seeking surfing geek, and choking down Roobios tea on his pursuit of either true love – or yet another party hook-up.
She will be signing copies of her book, either purchased in advance of the event or at the Distillery – supporting Ophelia’s Books of Fremont!
