Welcome to Fremont, Aslan Brewing Co!
PRIDE OF THE ORGANIC NORTHWEST
Aslan Brewing Seattle is a 21+ taproom located in the heart of the Fremont neighborhood, serving 100% certified organic beer. The intimate and vibrant space features 10 different beers on draft, a diverse bottle list, to-go beer, cider, and natural wine. Wherever possible, we used sustainable materials to build out this taproom. The wood that lines the bar, tables, and benches originally came from a Douglas Fir roof built in the 1900s. The steel that makes up the table bases and bench base came from old buildings that were razed in Seattle. Connor McPherson designed and drew the murals that line walls of our taproom, creating a warm and captivating vibe that is one of a kind.
Seattle’s famous Salumi sandwiches are available in the taproom everyday until sold out. Happy Hour is everyday 4-6, and we’ve got Industry Night specials on Sunday. We share our building with some incredible neighbors, including Local Tide, Revel, and evo. Keep an eye out for collaborations with these rad companies in the near future.

How to Have Your Healthiest Halloween
No spooky tricks or gimmicks here – follow these 5 steps and have your healthiest Halloween yet!
Be a candy snob. Do you absolutely love all the candy you’ll get, or do you just have one or two
favorites? Prioritize eating only your favorites, and trade away the others!
Look for healthy swaps. If you’re making treats, what can you do to make them healthier? Try
switching out some or all of the white flour for whole grain flour, using fruit as a source of
sweetener instead of sugar, or simply reducing the amount of sugar you add to the recipe (some
things are sweet enough with half as much sugar!).
Get moving! All that walking while you’re trick-or-treating definitely counts towards your
movement quota for the day. Look for ways to increase your activity even as the days get shorter.
Make sure to eat throughout the day. Avoiding blood sugar crashes will help prevent candy
cravings (and skipping meals will only make your energy tank!). Include protein, carbohydrates,
and fats at all your meals, and plan to eat every 3-4 hours throughout the day.
Ditch the guilt. Holidays are special, and no one should feel guilty about enjoying their favorite
seasonal treats! Allow yourself to fully enjoy everything about your favorite candies or seasonal
foods. You’ll feel more satisfied, and end up wanting less of that food when you truly pay
attention to it and let yourself enjoy it to the max.
